Toilet Malfunctions – The toilets in the room were not functioning properly. They were not flushing or refilling, causing significant inconvenience.
No Room Change Offered – Despite reporting the issue, the hotel did not offer an alternative room or any assistance to resolve the matter.
Language Barrier – None of the staff members were able to communicate in English, making it very difficult to get help or explanations.
No Buffet Service – The hotel failed to open the buffet as expected, with no prior notice or explanation.
Disturbance at Night – There were multiple incidents of people knocking on our door in the middle of the night, which was alarming and unacceptable.
Poor Service – Overall, the service provided by the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful.
Random Door Knocking – We felt unsafe due to unexplained and random knocking on our door throughout the night.
