"The pool was out of order but was advertised as working. Shower overflowed everytime it was used. It would flood the entire bathroom floor. Was told that we could change rooms then it didnt happen. The television also did not work. Staff were very friendly though. "

"Stayed for only one night but would have happily stayed for longer. Excellent swimming pool, surrounded by great bar/dining space (with wonderfully eclectic decorations & a friendly macaw) serving a wide-range of tasty & nicely priced food & beverages. Staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Rooms and furniture are definitely showing their age, but the bed was very comfortable & the air-con worked well. "Stuffs were great, good service. There were some problems with the hotel but they tried hard to fix it. It was unlucky wasn't hotel's fault. Breakfast was good, enough varieties. Didn't try the pool was out most of the time anyway Only problem for me was the mattress was way too hard for my liking, it'd be great for those who prefer hard bed but it was too much for me. I'd come back again if it wasn't because of the mattress. "
