"Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We were pretty much out and about and barely used the amenities but I enjoyed that the rooms came with a mini fridge and microwave. Overall, a great experience."

"Not impressed. Couldn’t get room cleaned on second day but third day the housekeeping staff banging on the door at 8! Front desk called the room before 10 and hung up! Check out was supposed to be 11! Leak in the lobby (water?) for 3 days. Not typical Hilton."

"Excellent location close to downtown Anchorage restaurants and attractions. Issues: Homeless were rather noisy at night as were the kids revving their cars and the occasional night train.. Apparently rust gets into the water. If you decant some you can see it. We did use the filter carafe provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Towels and toilet paper good quality."
