"We read some pretty bad reviews. I have no idea what they were talking about. We loved the staff, the food was great, the bartenders went out of their way to give you a fun and engaging experience. We met amazing people. The location was secluded and wonderful. Clean and functional. If we needed something all we had to do was ask. Would 10/10 recommend. "

"We had wonderful time at Reef Shores and the condo is very nice in a beautiful setting. The golf course setting makes for really pretty and very quiet surroundings. The common area pool is fine looking though we did not use it. The exterior and infrastructure features of condo and community are needing some care if one is looking for 5 star accommodations in every way. There was glitch getting past entry gate as no one was at office or gate at 4:00 on a Friday, but that’s par for island life I think. We could not reach host that one time to gain entry but made it in anyway. Communication with host was fine the rest of time.Condo is very clean and has great views. The bathrooms are small but worked fine for 2 of us. It might be bit tight for 4 people for a week. We were unable to get past Roku Home Screen on tv upstairs but didn’t really care since we were out and about most days and nights. We ate twice at a Duggans Reef across street from property and sat at bar without reservations no problem. The food and staff there were great. A definite plus for this location and east end of island. We would stay here again if just the 2 of us. "

"The only positive I can give Carina Bay was the beach location and Scott the bartender. Its a shame they claim this is an all inclusive resort. Food options are extremely limited. Very few choices for dinner, with some of the food not being refilled without having to ask staff. They make limited desserts, so get one early before they are gone. Most of my meals were hamburgers at the pool bar. Not what I expect from an all inclusive. They had advertised an Italian restaurant on site but it was never open during our stay. We were there for 3 days before housekeeping came to empty garbage and change towels. They are definitely not handicap accessible. The only elevator is the service elevator which takes you to the kitchen and then through the dining room to get back outside. There are not access doors if you need them, so if you are unable to get out of your wheelchair, open the door and push it across the large threshold, unfortunately you will have to wait for whoever you are with to notice you are missing and hopefully they find you. Those of you who have service dogs, their website states no dogs. There were at least 2 dogs on the property with their owners. The property also mentions a gift shop. Rest assure there is none. I never saw a fire pit or tennis courts. There are also not 2 pools. They have 1 large pool and a small hot tub next to it. There was only one night with entertainment which consisted of a DJ and a few fire dancers. "

"Our stay at The Splash of Lime in St. Croix was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views — truly picture-perfect every single day. Waking up to that scenery alone made the trip unforgettable.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and well cared for, making it feel like a home away from home. You can tell the owners take great pride in the property.The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and welcoming, which made the experience even better.We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We would absolutely return and highly recommend The Splash of Lime to anyone visiting St. Croix!"

"Hosts are wonderful to work with! Villa is very clean and comfortable. It is well stocked with everything that you need from beach chairs and towels to blender and smart tvs. The Villa Madeleine condo community is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and amazing breezes as well as the local restaurants and many beaches on island. Will be back again soon! "

"Surrounded by breathtaking views in every direction, this beautiful retreat offered us a wonderful winter escape. Unforgettable sunrises and cool breezes from the charming turret were a highlight! There were 5 couples and we were all comfortable in our accommodations and appreciated the en suite bedrooms.In my opinion a vacation place in the Caribbean is all about the outside areas and Polaris Pointe did not disappoint. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were great and we spent very little time indoors when we did it was in the kitchen which is well stocked and lovely. Roosevelt the concierge was great and we appreciated having someone nearby to answer all questions and help navigate the airport ect. We truly felt he was a great asset to the property. We were very reassured knowing there was someone nearby. Exceptionally private with no nearby neighbors, this property offers complete peace and tranquility—your own secluded paradise with incredible views all around. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely place with us!"

"We never met the host, but that had everything we needed. Everything worked. The pool was clean. The kids loved it. The TV room was especially useful. The kids could watch while the adults could watch them through the glass door without hearing the sound.Perfect paradise: children seen, but not heard!"

"I wish we were able to give 10 STARS!!! The host was extremely accommodating and very quick to get back to me with any questions I had. The condo was great. Excellent facility, well stocked, clean, lots of "extra" things, like shampoo, lotion, towels - even suntan lotion and natural bug spray (which we didn't need!). Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, spice cabinet , coffee and creamers, paper towels, toilet paper.....Only thing we needed to provide was milk, fruit, beverages, eggs, bread, butter or anything considered perishable. I was informed tap water safe to drink....it was delicious - so did not need to buy water to drink. Pool toys, cushions for chairs - all there! Extremely comfortable. great view of sunrise....can't wait to re-book next year!"
