"The staff is extremely kind and understanding. I had inquired about switching rooms and front desk was able to accommodate me. I also had trouble with my room key and she was able to fix that issue as well."

"Great hotel"
Comfort Inn & Suites Houston Key-Katy

"You know the room and bedding was nice. I stayed there much of the days and didn’t hate being there so it must be decent. Some loud cars occasionally on the road but not their fault, just loud revving cars. The parking is weird if you have to take an elevator or are handicapped absolutely do not book this hotel. You park in the back and have to take the side door and side stairs and no AC in the hallway which is weird but once you get in the room it’s good and it’s not far to that little stairwell. Just a little annoying with a heavy bag it would be a super long walk from the front to elevator to the room (and then you’d have to go back and move your car from front to parking spot so you have to take the side if you have a heavy bag. Good value tho. Safe gated parking lot. Only one way in and one way out where 2 hotels face the entrance, it’s a super short walk to food and I don’t speak Spanish but I walked to the Mexican grocery store and it was perfect for sodas and grocery’s and they spoke English lol. There’s even more to walk to if you want. I’d stay again."

Lazy River Retreat in northwest Houston

"We hosted our family reunion here and this place was WONDERFUL!!! I'm not sure where to start but our entire family enjoyed how spacious the property was.Communication was EXCELLENT from start to finish! The property was neat and clean. Cooking equipment was readily available. For the coffee/tea lovers there was a Keurig, a standard coffee pot (with filters and extras provided), and fixins to make your own tea. Lots of storage space, spacious kitchen. LOTS of seating available.Towels for indoor & outdoor were clean. The washer and dryer ran smooth. Above the washer and dryer was a cabinet full of every type of game. The pool was the highlight for our young people. Pool floaties were provided but we brought our own as well. Some of the kids played mini golf. No one was interested in the poker room over the pool. It was hot/poorly ventilated. A ceiling fan may have helped but it was still dusty and had lots of dead lovebugs & wasps. Definitely not a deal breaker!Fishing was a highlight for the young people. Poles & hooks were provided. Lots of consideration went into a good experience at this property and several family members have already asked to go back next year. You won't be disappointed. This was enjoyable for everyone from our little babies up to our elders!!! That's no small feat!!!"
