"The house smelled like mildew, especially the back bathroom. All of the furniture was hard and uncomfortable. And my family of 4 could not all sit on the couch together, leaving one person to have to sit in small, hard chairs. There were almost no amenities in the kitchen. It did not feel "homey". "Beautiful hotel and great location. The parking garage and check in process was a bit confusing. Park in the P4 parking area and use the call button by the door to get inside. Check in is on the 14th floor. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Although very comfortable at first, the bed was too soft and we all woke up stiff and sore! Ha! Ha! That’s what happens to middle aged folks! Beds matter! Enjoy your stay! Oh, and breakfast was great!"

"Property was great, room was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing that could be better would be the staff. When arriving the front desk agent was nowhere to be found. I waited for 10minutes. Also when leaving the front desk agent did not follow up about stay or even cared that I was checking out. Following some of the valet is lazy or lack of care.
