Parking charged additional and no place to park available, there were to smaller for standardauto. No WC paper, no towels, no trash bin in WC, no ventilation in WC. There was not breakfasts available. There was a microwave and fridge but no kitchen element and no place to eat. Laud to sleep ( windows in front of bigger street ) and bed not comfortable. €200 is to much for that Disappointed

Über Expedia gebucht im Hotel angekommen wusste der gute Mann von nix. Keine Buchung eingetragen mit Glück konnten wir bleiben. Es ist das ekeligste Hotel in dem ich je geschlafen habe

The hotel did not now anything about my booking and was already fully booked. I had to look for another hotel. So this is a very bad experience for me with Expedia.

Appart for the fact that the hotel apparently doesn't exist, we had a terrible stay. The room smelled of urine, grease staines on the wall, etc. The receptionist found it necessary to invite some friends at 02:00 AM an make some noice. Twice were they asked to keep it down, eventually we had to call the police...

Not the Comfort Inn

This is not a Comfort Inn, but the Westbroek Studios. Not one Comfort Inn sign at the hotel, and definitely not up to the same standards. While the hotel is in a great location by a beautiful park, the staff is not helpful at all, and won'tmove a finger to help with anything.

15 minuten lopen vanaf het strand van Scheveningen

We hadden een twee persoonskamer geboekt met een tweepersoonsbed. Helaas werd het een tweepersoonskamer met een stapelbed. Als vergoeding konden we of gratis ontbijten of parkeren bij het hotel

Zimmer schlicht und zum Schlafen vollkommen ausreichend. Interieur schon sehr abgenutzt. Zimmer-Reinigung incl. Müllentsorgung 1x/Woche viel zu selten. Kein automatischer Handtuchwechsel.

Slechte service/Hotel

Een verblijf kun je 't niet noemen,tijdens de rit naar 't hotel werd telefonische verteld dat onze kamer geannuleerd was,Zonder alternatief was 't telefoongesprek beëindigd. Na terug bellen&door vragen,kregen we een alternatief aangeboden.In eerste instantie Niet in DenHaag.Na aandringen kregen we een hotel op de plaats van bestemming. 't hotel zou onze kamer eerst betalen en zouden wij 't hotel betalen voordat we naar 't nieuwe hotel zouden gaan. Geen probleem, wij bij dit hotel betalen en door... Bij de nieuwe hotel,was er GEEN aanbetaling. Na een half uur terug naar dit hotel, moesten we wachten(geen probleem)maar werd bij ons de annuleringsreden ongeloofwaardig. Er was verteld dat er waterschade was&er geen kamers beschikbaar waren. Tijdens het wachten,heeft 'n ander stel(2 pers) wel een kamer kunnen boeken. Toen we hierna vroegen kregen we de reden dat hun 7 nachten bleven. Verder was er gewoon een slechte service vanuit het hotel, omdat hij in eerste instantie niet met een alternatief kwam. Uiteindelijk een ongeloofwaardige reden voor annulering gaf, en tijdens het 3de gesprek voor de betaling kregen we in het begin weinig medewerking. Dit sloeg INEENS om toen we een tegen woord gaven. Hierna hoefde we namelijk niets meer te zeggen en kregen we gewoon het geld. Naar ons gevoel te makkelijk, Gewoon om ons af te wimpelen. Er was dus een slechte service en weinig tot geen vriendelijkheid.

Prima hotel voor het geld wat je er voor betaald. Maar het is wel erg gehorig, de tram en de mensen buiten hoor je heel, goed als je daar niet tegen kan is het geen aanrader. Verder erg dicht bij Scheveningen, dus lopend goed te doen.
