We stayed in the newer section, and loved it for it's comfort, quiet, size, etc. We unfortunately didn't give ourselves time to just sit and relax in the several lobby-level rooms but they are beautiful, as well. The location is perfect for accessing the center of Bruges. "

"Nice enough “basic” room although literally at entrance. Tv did not work but they replaced a card and then it did. Positive- Beautiful wallpaper in the hotel. Booked because it said Gold Member benefits for hotels.com/Expedia and not a single one of the four benefits offered. Regret booking here as for the same price you can get other hotels with better options. No upgrade, no early check in, no free drink offered. "

"Very basic hotel and breakfast, the only good thing is close to Bruges Train Station. Unlike other stations, there is no decent place to eat. The escalators to the hotel were not working. We had to drag our luggage up many flights of stairs. The room was so small that we couldn’t fully open our mid-size luggage. The walls were not sound proof, could hear clearly next room talking. If we have a chance to come back to Bruges, we would stay there again."

"This was a fabulous hotel! The history and decor was absolutely marvelous. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a great location, walkable to restaurants and the market square. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bruges. "
