From the living area, you can access the terrace and swimming pool. On the main level, there is a room with a double bed (two 90cm beds, 190cm in length), a separate WC, TV, and air conditioning. Another room features a sofa bed (150cm, 200cm in length). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. The villa has gas and forced-air heating systems. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find another room with a double bed (160cm, 200cm in length), a shower/WC, and a fan, leading out to the garden.
