"We enjoyed a 3 night stay. The hotel is under construction. I called before booking and they said they were pretty much done with the first two floors. We could see evidence that the construction was going on+ trucks in the parking lot, etc. But we could not hear it at all. There was some drywall dust in the hallways from said construction. We were fine with that. Our room was clean. The dining area and lobby were clean. We enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was closed for maintenance- which we knew going in because I called ahead. The pool table was fun to play on. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, and muffins. Some fruit would have been nice. It is right off the freeway and conveniently located to several places to eat."

"Very slow to check-in. Front desk was backed up and slow. Pool was closed, which was a big disappointment. The pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. If we had been notified in advance, we would have canceled and stayed somewhere else. Breakfast was good, room was nice but the door stuck likely crazy and required a big push to close it every time (and was very loud)."

"This is a funky old hotel but the rooms are amazing! They're brand newly remodeled with sophisticated furnishings, beautiful bathroom, kitchen stocked with breakfast items. This place truly surprised us for a small hotel in a tiny town in Idaho."

"We were unable to stay at the property because there was a family emergency and no one there to help us check in. We did receive a sincere apology. We met a couple who stays there and they love it. There is nothing resortlike about this property. It is a motel on a busy intersection in a town with nothing to do. We stayed north at the Blue Buffalo Resort and it was fabulous!"

"We had looked for a long time for the perfect VRBO to take our whole family to. Three Peaks was an amazing place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family loved it. There was so many fun things to do for everyone. The kids were entertained nonstop. The teenagers loved it as well as the adults. There are a lot of fun things to do around the area also. We went to the sandbar we went rafting down the river. We went to the sand dunes and watched the sunset. We made memories that will last forever! Thank you for helping us make this experience incredible!"
