Everything was clean and felt so luxurious. The staff was unbelievably polite, kind, and caring.
The grounds are beautiful. The spa is perfect. The amenities are top tier. The food is TRULY farm to table (you can go see the farm on a 5 minute walk if you need proof).

"When it comes to a pleasant surprise, this was definitely IT! Clean, comfortable, inexpensive, friendly, renovated, and (did I mention) inexpensive!?? Adorable little breakfast area with complimentary breakfast foods as well. "
"We had a great 2 night stay here. The property was extremely clean, quiet and great location. Barely heard owners upstairs. An easy .5 mile walk to downtown, .2 miles on a quiet road and you link up to the rail trail. Easy 15-20 minute drive from Minnewaska State Park and under that for Mohonk Preserve. We didn't utalize the kitchen or grill, but appeared to have everything needed if you do. Bed was a little on the soft side but comfortable. We would stay absolutely again if in the area. "

"We absolutely LOVED the house. It was a mid-century modern dream and we really hope to come back. It is a gorgeous home, looks just like the pictures, with plenty of privacy and surrounding space. A true hidden gem. We loved having coffee on the porch and seeing the trees from the living room, and it's such a short drive to downtown New Paltz. My only recommendation is to remember to bring an eye mask as the windows and skylight keep the rooms pretty bright in the mornings."
