"I paid for a sea view room. But got a partial sea view and they didn’t change it. And insisted it’s what they call sea view. The curtain was broken and couldn’t be fully closed at night and wasnt fixed after complaining for 2 day , the toilet got blocked and the balcony door was hard to close. And they didn’t clean the room for 2 days and when asked tjey said they leave at five although I left the room in time for them to clean it Cleaning ladies eventually cleaned it she I went to them and told them it wasn’t cleaned for 2 days and I needed new towels I do appreciate that it was the busy Easter weekend. I have stayed at the hotel previously and it was different experience that I had in the past. That’s why I returned. Hope they pay more attention to guests complaints. In future "
