Ideal location above south beach and looking out on Cauldey Is. Good breakfasts, comfortable bed. Just outside town wall so quick easy cut through to main st and harbour. 10 mins walk from station
Room 21 - City view, with unexpected partial sea view which was an added bonus. Clean room, sheets and shower room. Modern decor. Great location. Full breakfast sealed the deal. Would stay again.

It was a great location on the Esplanade. Entry was self-service check-in. The booking stated ocen views and breakfast included. The breakfast was great but we were advised that breakfast was not included as though there was a dispute with Expedia and the room had an ocean glimpse.
The couple who run this hotel are lovely and the cleaner is also lovely. The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the beach and sea (completely uninterrupted) and moments away from the heart of the Tenby.
The rooms were clean and the towels were crisp. My only issue was the water pressure for the shower and the bath had jets but didn’t work. Once the hotel bathrooms get updated this will be the hotel to come to.

Position is great, close to all amenities. Our room & bathroom quite cramped. Bed clean and comfortable. No staff to be seen its self check in/out.
Room clean and tidy. Staff excellent, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast brilliant, everything freshly cooked and served with a smile. Can’t rate highly enough
Very convenient location for visit to Tenby. Nice, comfortable guest house/hotel. TV reception in bedroom was pretty poor but very nice breakfast and friendly staff
Bedroom very comfortable, staff friendly, close to all the shops and restaurants, fantastic breakfast, would stay in this hotel again.

I have been generous with a three star rating and looking at other customers reviews I'm not sure if they take on board what your saying or come out swinging I'm gob smacked at some of the 10/ 10 ratings.
Firstly I've been generous because the room had a small settee and there was a very nice view of the ocean .
The room was a very good size I was under the impression that this hotel had been refurbished it hasn't .
Sticking with the room it's was clean but the shower room was grim the curtain was stinking and as for the shower curtain rail it literally hooked into some chain into the .
The pole wasn't fixed to the wall and if you had a you g family you would have worried with your children .
Breakfast sadly wasn't good either.
Very over cooked eggs scrambled and fried stale hash browns I've never seen my girl not hash browns she couldn't eat thes.
Bacon and sausage were fine .
I don't know if they have had a long season
Staff didn't appear to be very happy it's not the most welcoming place you pick up a fob there's is a gate stopping you from entering the main area you kind of sort yourself out.
In short I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it the internal doors are from the 70,s as is the carpet all the way through the hotel .
The Imperial across the road where I have stayed many times is 10/10 this is 4/10 .
What was clearly was nothing would have changed if I had said something in the hotel .
I'm gutted this cost me approx £160 a night .
The suite room was perfect with kids, because it has two separate bedrooms. Lovely view from the room. Good location and the breakfast was nice - lots of choices!
The only downside was that check-in was quite confusing. We arrived early to drop our bags before check-in, which has never been a problem in any other hotel I've stayed at, but the staff seemed surprised and at first said there was nowhere to leave them. They were still helpful and found a way but it seemed complicated. And then when we came back later to check in properly nobody was there - there was a sign on the door saying we should have gotten a code to open the door by email or Expedia message but I didn't. And I didn't have phone signal in town so had to walk quite a way away to check my email (only to find no email). The Expedia page says that staff will be there check you in so that should be updated. And anyone staying there should just check your email before you arrive and if you don't have check in instructions, contact them in advance.
We got there in the end and had a nice stay - it was just a bit annoying!
Location great. Accommodation poor walls so thin I could hear the man next door going to the toilet. Kettle did not work. Bedding stained and no lights in the bathroom. Emailed the staff about breakfast included in the price as that is what was advertised and that is what I paid for however their response was rude and blamed Hotels.com.
A fabulous 2 night stay; hotel was really lovely and friendly. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a larger room with a sea view which was a lovely surprise and unexpected. Breakfast was also delicious; stunning location.
