"Somewhat far from city, but that was nice. Near to grocery, beach and restaurants at the beach. You can walk but takes 15 min. Beautiful views, nice quiet, lovely private balcony. "To start with the owner greeted me and provided me a slice of cake from his wife as a welcome gift, even helped me get my bags down the stairs.which set the toe for the whole visit.
