Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. "The hotel was ok, a small section was a nice historical building with character but large bits are new and dated and not in a good way. The rooms where very hot and not air conditioned, it was cooler going outside in the 30+ def then it was in the room. By biggest annoyance was the parking l, they have lots of it but it’s an extra £7 a night per vehicle, not per space. "We liked that the hotel was right in the heart of town and that there was a lot of energy and activity around. The restaurant was only fair in so far as the food goes.
