"Good location. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Great staff. Room was clean. Bedding, curtains could be updated. The tiles around the pool could be redone/cleaned as it makes the area a little neglected which is a shame because the pool is beautiful. I’m being a little more critical as I was coming from spending 3 nights in a beautiful resort on Bora Bora."

"If you’re looking for pure relaxation, this is the perfect place. Right on the beach and nestled in a lush garden, it’s a haven of peace and tranquility. Each morning, watching the sunrise while listening to the crashing waves felt incredibly therapeutic.The bungalow was well equipped with everything we needed, including a large shower and a stove for preparing meals, details we truly appreciated. Toshimi and her family were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with great recommendations. We would gladly return anytime."

"I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC running or the lights on when you leave because it is very expensive (are u kidding me? I am a mature person who manage a budget of over $50M and have delivered many large construction projects and you are treating me like a 5 yr old?). This is a nice property and the owner tries to be nice, but from the hospitality biz perspective, its management needs a whole diffrent perspective. Moorea is an amazing, fantastic, laid back place. One shouldnt go there and pay good money to be treated like misbehaved kid."

"VERY disappointing rental. We were 4 adults, and stayed for 1 week. This property is quite neglected, and requires attention. We booked on the North side of the island hoping that the wind would keep away any mosquitoes during a Dengue problem. This is also why we booked the front unit on this property. However, the bushes at the wall at the front of the property had not been trimmed in quite some time, and so, the 7-foot bushes that blocked our view, also blocked the breeze from the ocean. We knew there wasn’t a/c in the living area, which was fine. BUT no air in the yard, and no breeze from the ocean, kept the living area stifling hot- even with the wall patio door wide open. A ceiling fan did nothing to relieve this. The unit faces NE. The entire deck is shaded, with little sun in the yard, and none after 4:30pm The picnic table in the yard is so neglected, it wobbles and feels like it will collapse at any time. Neither of the 2 stairs has a simple railing.Inside, the unit is dirty, the door of the master suite does not latch. Since it is located beside the living room, there is no privacy in the master suite. The master bath is very dark, with no light fixture above the mirror.Th dish soap provided is watered down so much it is basically useless. Enjoy Villas did not check in with us once in a week, said “no” to lending us a toaster, and did not contact us at checkout. We would not return to this rental, and would be cautious of Enjoy Villas."

"We found the property in good condition when we arrived. However, we quickly realized the property is completely open to all of the elements. That was not made clear in the listing and proved to be a real issue throughout our stay. There are no soffits throughout the property. During our stay within the first 24 hours we discovered mice in one of the bungalows. In that same bungalow the door lock broke as we were exiting for breakfast leaving our friends crawling out of their window to exit. Our friends ended up checking out early despite having paid because of the issues with mice. We expected geckos and bugs because of the location but mice are holistically unacceptable. I am giving it three stars because the hosts were nice and responsive. But please rent this home expecting to essentially camp with air conditioning in the bedrooms. "

"We had an absolutely delightful stay. We were greeted so warmly and were given great recommendations on seeing whales and the best baguettes to buy. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, and right on the lagoon's door where we saw beautiful fish snorkelling. Our only regret is not staying longer! Recommendations: bring reef/water shoes along with snorkelling gear. It is easiest to find the bungalow during the day. "
