We had a good weekend, partly thanks to this great property. We had 5 teenagers with us and had plenty of room. I would highly recommend more screens on the windows for the summer months but other than that, everything was perfect.

Took our family for a 5-night stay, first time in this condo. We found it very well stocked and supplied, including kitchen items and toiletries. Large kitchen, plenty of seating. Good sleeping options for our group of 5 adults and 1 child, age 8. She loved the Loft. Quick walk to Lift 7, and an easy short walk to the Gondola Center. Cool decor, everything as pictured in the listing. Walking distance to Clarks grocery - they have it all there. Our Guest Contact was easily accessible and responsive. We will stay again, hopefully this Summer.

This condo is bigger than it looks. There was plenty of room for our group. It was clean and organized. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower. The beds were soft. The entrance was a bit hard to find at night. But we just kept opening doors until we found it. :) The tv in the small bedroom had no sound, no matter what we tried. All together, we highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time in Telluride. Walk to the lifts was really easy. Condo was as advertised and worked well for the group. Matt was a great host and responded to any questions we had.

Nice space and great location. Would recommend for a group looking for easy access to the mountain. Indoor parking and equipment storage was a bonus. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing!

We go to Telluride every year. We are a family of 7 kids range 22-16. Place had plenty of space for all of us and super convient to chair lift 7. Our only recommendation is to add more furniture to the living room. It was awesome to use the spa after a hard day of skiing. We would for sure go back.

Our family of five adults stayed for three nights in this beautiful condo. It is spacious, clean, and well stocked with necessities. It felt very homey and provided us everything we needed for our stay. It is just a couple of walkable blocks from delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and trailheads. We came in the off-season, because we are not skiers, so I cannot speak to any of that. Due to the season, the swimming pool and hot tub were also closed. I would definitely recommend this condo, and would come back myself in the future, if we return to Telluride.

Windows in very bad condition. No air conditioning so opening windows in the evenings was the only way to cool the inside temp. Screens on windows don’t fit the window frames. Upper floor bathroom sink water drained very slowly. Location was ok… further walk to downtown and to the gondola was further than anticipated. Condo was clean. Parking spot is very tight. We wouldn’t choose this lodging on a return visit.

Beautiful and clean condo for our early Summer visit. It had everything we needed and more (fans in each room, toys and books in the loft), and was an easy walk to everything. My only issue was that there weren't any extra trash bags provided, or dishwasher detergent, so we ended up hand washing everything and exit clean up was a little more effort than usual. Would highly recommend to anyone though and hope we can some again in the future!

Nice property. Kitchen was well supplied and the location of the supermarket just up the street was nice. We knew the loft was potentially dangerous for small kids but were vigilant about monitoring it—so just be aware that there is a tall ladder going up to the loft if you’re considering bringing little ones. Clean, easy to access, quiet. A good spot. 15-20 minute walk to the heart of town/gondola area.

I don’t ever leave reviews. Only giving it 3 stars, would give less if the views were not amazing!! On the first day we got there, the washer and dryer didn’t work. That was on a Thursday. No one fixed that problem the next 5 days.. After that the 2 downstairs toilets stopped working. Called about that, no one came to fix the 2 bathrooms downstairs. So our whole group of people had to use ONE bathroom.... so basically, be prepared for nothing to be fixed if anything stops working.
