"The hotel was pleasant with a cozy bar and eating area. I had booked a family room(sleeps 4) for myself and my mum so I expected there to be more than one bed. On arrival there was one large bed. The manager aranged for the pull out bed underneath to be used. He would've swapped us but the hotel was full. He was very helpful."

"Friendly staff. Spotless bathroom. Lots of hot water. Good cooked breakfast. Close to the beach for fossil hunting. Cosy bar and home cooked dinner specials. Some rooms have a sea view."

"Ideal place to stay for 1 night. A 5 minute walk from the train station, all amenities close by but it wasn't noisy for sleeping at night. Reception staff and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Definitely would stay here again."

"Good sized room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The bathroom sink is extremely small so water ends up on the floor. The sinks in rooms need to be bigger. The carpets in rooms need a deep clean."
