"The hotel is well located. 4 1/2 star hotel - definitely not. The staff are basic booking staff, no personality, no helpfulness. Rooms are small. No views from the rooms. Dark. Would suggest taking your hard earned money elsewhere."

"Room and Bathroom was dark and dingy, main issues where around the construction and plumbing of the Hotel, it’s not good when you hear everything from the guests next door (both sides) and above including the toileting. Bathroom had infestation of flying ants coming from the ceiling which staff did sort out but this sort of thing shouldn’t happen."
