Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Could not check-in

We booked this hotel because there was a 24h check-in and it was late (9:45pm) already arriving on the train. There was no one at the hotel at all and we were never able to stay there in the end. Tried calling, a guest also tried calling for us, hotels.com called them and finally refunded us, but we had to find another place to stay for that night.
