Spotted in the village of Dilijan, Armenia. The man pictured is a famous Armenian actor named Frunzik Mkrtchyan (Armenian: Ֆրունզիկ). Mkrtchyan appeared in an enormously popular Soviet-era film known as Mimino. Mkrtchyan’s character in the film is from Dilijan, Armenia. There is both a cafe, and a statue, located in Dilijan in honor of Mkrtchyan’s character in the film.

Ijevan was Armenia's first Soviet town and even though it and you can witness this just by walking around town and admiring the decaying architecture. One of my favorite spots in town was this abandoned Ferris Wheel in the outskirts of the city.
