"This is not a chain hotel, this is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms.
It’s located in a secure gated community with attentive security. There’s a golf course on the grounds as well as a polo field and some other activities.
The room itself was very spacious and clean with plenty of light, both natural and artificial.
It has a television and a dedicated heat/AC system.
The on-site restaurant has delicious food with excellent service.
I have all positives to say about this...

"En general el lugar es acorde al precio…. Muy limpio por cierto…. El problema radica en que el personal administrativo necesita capacitación para entender que están vendiendo una experiencia de esparcimiento y relajación, y no simplemente rentando cuartos. El trato es cortante y muy impersonal…ya te están corriendo para que te vayas y dejes el cuarto… y que no tienes derecho a las amenidades etc en fin la experiencia podría ser mucho mejor con el enfoque correcto… "
