The service was lovely. A family owned business. Linen and towels all smelled fresh and clean. House keeping was very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable too. Of course it’s an older style venue but it’s affordable and clean with great service.

The stay was excellent. We went to the bowling club for meals a walk of about 1 K. They do have a courtesy bus which we used on the way back. Meals and the Club were very good. There is a closer restaurant but it was closed due to the floods.

A perfect stopover

A perfect stopover on the way through from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast. Very friendly hosts (and dog) and a perfect recommendation for local dinner (The Grill). Room was very spacious and very clean.

It was obvious that a lot of effort was being put in to keep this property clean and in good repair. The room appeared to have recently been repainted. Enjoyed the creekside BBQ area at the rear of the property and watching the wildlife from there. Plenty of shopping and food options a short drive away. Would stay here again.
