"Was initially concerned about road noise, given its immediately adjacent to the bridge. But were pleasantly surprised when we closed the windows and the the reverse cycle aircon on low, we didnt hear much at all. Very comfy bed, and ask for Room 22 which has a great deck and view over the Manning River. While the room is dated, its very functional with toaster, microwave, kettle and small fridge. Great value for money with a short walk into town. "
