3 jours après un circuit au Costa Rica

Situé au rez de chaussée l’appartement est très vaste. Toutefois une des 2 chambres est très luxueuse alors que la seconde est étriquée avec deux lits superposés et un lit 2 places pas même une table de nuit ! Les meubles sont un peu vieillissants et la terrasse en très mauvais état : un gros trou avec clous sur lesquels nous nous sommes blessés. La résidence extérieure est absolument magnifique et très bien entretenue mais l’accès y est si bien gardé que nous avons dû parlementer 2 heures avant d’y pénétrer le gérant ayant oublié d’annoncer notre arrivée. entretenue

Beautiful place but needs some fixes

The place is absolutely divine, love the location, serenity and local floral and fauna, but the unit had some really issues. Before I get into those, I asked for early check in weeks in advance because our flight was arriving at 8:30 in the morning. Caught a bus here and when we arrived, they said no early check in, no place to hang out for a few hours, and to come back at 4:00. No matter what we tried, they said absolutely not, come back at 4:00, so we went to a nearby town, brought all of our luggage to the restaurant and hung out there until 3:30, then had to call an Uber, which cost us additional money after already paying for a chartered bus. The unit was beautiful, but had some real issues. First off, the front door lock was being held together by black tape and wasn’t secure, we caught 9 large wasps in one of the bedrooms, the blender didn’t work, which sucked, especially since I had already loaded it with fruit. The TV remote didn’t work and when we requested a new one, there was no response. The manager was somewhat responsive but took a long time to respond on WhatsApp until the last day. I would definitely stay here again, but would highly recommend that these matters be resolved.

A special place in the Costa Rican jungle

We loved the property. It was quiet and relaxing. The amenities, especially the infinity pool, were better than we could have asked for. The check in and check out instructions were clearly communicated and the property manager responded to any inquiries we had. Being close to Carara national park as well as Jaco made the location ideal. We especially enjoyed all of the wildlife we were able to see from our terrace and from walking around the property. We plan on returning.
