"We had the Deluxe Spa Pool Suite and it was very spacious and modern, the room was well equipped and luxurious. Great location, close to fisherman's village and short drive to Chaweng and Lamai. The pool was gorgeous and sparkling clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was outstanding with loads of variety and plentiful enough to keep us satisfied until dinner."

"We recently returned from an unforgettable stay at the Conrad Koh Samui. From start to finish, the resort delivered a perfectly relaxing experience. While its cliffside location is undeniably remote, the sweeping views of the Five Islands and the stunning night stars make the seclusion entirely worthwhile. Seamless Transport and Dining Flexibility You might worry that the isolated location makes getting around difficult, but we found the transport links surprisingly efficient. Grab cars were readily accessible, and we actually experienced shorter wait times here than we did in Phuket. The resort's steep terrain is managed by a fleet of golf buggies. Theset are excellent, arriving promptly whenever you need a lift around the property. Dining at the resort is undeniably expensive, but the hotel offers brilliant flexibility to balance your budget: The morning spread is genuinely amazing, offering a vast selection of high-quality options that set you up for the day. The hotel allows you to order external food deliveries via Grab. Drivers drop your food at reception, and the staff promptly deliver it right to your villa door. We stopped at a supermarket on our way to the resort to stock up on supplies. Because the villas feature full-sized fridges, keeping snacks and drinks fresh was incredibly easy. The farm tour, long tail boat ride and a trip to ang thong marine park are must dos"

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff is awesome. The facilities and location are great. I would highly recommend it. The one thing to think about is getting off the property for lunch and dinner. The food available in the restaurants for lunch and for dinner, while tasty, is much higher in price without being better than you can get from any number of restaurants within 30 minutes. It was good, but I would get off campus for more meals if I come back. Everything else was completely top not."

"We had a wonderful 12-day stay at this hotel with my two daughters. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and thanks to the amazing staff, we created many beautiful family memories here. The only small thing I missed was a regular handheld shower. The bathtub only had a faucet, and the shower cabin had only a rainfall showerhead. Having a handheld shower would have made things much easier, especially when traveling with children. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!"

"Hard to review here. Location is secluded (good and bad) Quick 15 minute Grab ride to anywhere including any food or store. You have restaurant on site but like most resorts food is ehhh and way over priced. Simple example can of Cola is $2.70usd , at 7/11 6 pack is $3.15usd Breakfast is $30 per person and dinner is around the same. Take the grab 15 minutes away and delicious food is $10 per person. The room is roomy and the private pool are nice and if you must stay in this area I would recommend it for the price of the room. Staff/service was subpar from start to finish."
