We had a lovely stay. The rooms were well maintained, clean and the breakfast was delicious. A highlight of our stay was being helped by Andy! He is a very professional and handsome man who shuttled us back a forth during (particularly during the typhoon). I’d recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again for having us :)

The hotel is situated in a hidden spot that is not convienet to access. The picture is kind of illusive for external view. The property and rooms are clean, the staff very helpfull, but amenties like no chair in rooms, no dining are for breakfast. Renovations are needed in elevator floor and other areas. The price for what you get is about $20 us higher than it should be.

My whole family stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The room was clean and the hot spring was so relaxing. The staffs were so nice and welcoming. Andy Lin the supervisor of the hotel took us to the town and back to the hotel every day. Amy the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The cook was very nice. Thank you very much.

Extremely kind and friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast menu was small but was sufficient enough to have a meal set option of Chinese or Western food. We got the Love Suite and it was more than enough space for a couple. The room had an amazing Mountain View and a private spa bath overlooking the outside views. Hotel location is fairly close to all the BeiTou attractions. Love the free shuttle service between the hotel and the nearest subway station. Will most definitely book here again!
