房間設計很好，但前台男服務人員態度得過且過，有問題亦不會主動幫忙解答。在入住時請前台幫忙冷藏蛋糕到晚上時間再送到房間，到晚上通知前台半個小時都沒有把蛋糕送到，辦事速度可以再改進。

員工質素低

詢問酒店職員關於酒店的基本資訊都是不準確的，例如詢問晚間開床服務時間，答因疫情關係已暫停，後來得知原來沒有終斷，依然如常提供的，另外問室內泳池及健身室開放時間，答星期二至六開上午九時至晚上十時，而我是星期日入住的，我待他說完後沒有補充，我便問他當天是星期日喎，他才補充說應該是星期二至日才對，星期一休息。以上其實都是最基本的資訊都可以錯誤提供，可見其管理階層是很差勁。入住時前台職員都不禮貌說話，後來忍不住問他們的名字後，態度才稍微改善，所以整體感覺極差，是我住過的十一間悅榕莊中最不堪入目的。

Banyan Tree Macau was a pleasant stay. The room was very large and spacious. The plunge pool in the room was a nice feature, however the water was cold and there was a slight overpowering chlorine smell in the room. Also buffet breakfast was very average

Great for Relaxation

Luxury hotel that matches the price. The pool area was better than expected. The water slides was the best I have ever tried. Lots of shopping there, only draw back is the newly rich Chinese males which are not the most clean guys.

エクスペディアを通し、ホームページよりマカオ旅行のホテルを合計4ホテル（ギャラクシー、タイパMGM、ウインパレス、バンヤンツリー）を予約しました。どれも高級ホテルです。私が現地に行った時に予約確認とチェックインをする際にインフォーメーション（日程や旅程番号など）をホテル側に伝えるように私が指示を受けました。私は予約サイトの名前がパスポートの名前と違います。お名前により私と同じ方もいらっしゃるでしょう。この事で私の本人確認が出来ないからというのが理由です。かなり、時間がかかりそれも4か所分全部です。だったら、エクスペディア側から顧客とホテルに対し旅程番号の提示などの確認方法を予約の際に義務付けるべきです。今回、かなりその事で全ホテルと揉めて疲れました。 後、バンヤンツリーはお値段の割にはイマイチです。私見ですが ①部屋にあるプールvillaは（水道の蛇口がないから、水量水温調整などが出来ない）（ぬるま湯を貯めてるだけ） ②部屋への案内、使い方が全くなし。日本のビジネスホテルレベル。設備が電子パネルなどを利用する最新設備なのはいいけど、説明がないので初めての方は分かりにくい。 ③個人的にこれが一番効きましたが（笑）フィットネスクラブでの靴やユニフォームの貸し出し等が全くない（通常は靴はホテル側で貸し出す場合が多い）よって、私は利用できませんでした。そのわりにこのズボン（ジーパン）ではダメと言われた。正直、旅行者が準備していくわけないだろうと思いましたが…

夜にフロントから突然電話がかかってきて、ミニバーやデポジットなど言われましたが英語が堪能でないのもありよく分からなかったので、紙に書いてほしいと伝えましたが残念ながらそれも伝わって無かったようです。お部屋にスタッフの方が来てミニバーの飲食物を戸棚に片付け鍵をかけて行かれました。おそらく戸棚や冷蔵庫の扉を開けたことをセンサーか何かで把握したのでしょうが、チェックイン時にデポジットの説明や徴収もなかったのでホテル側の対応が理解できませんでした。チェックアウト時にも何かミニバーを利用していないか質問され、スタッフが部屋の確認をするまで待たされたので正直それさえなければ最高のサービスと設備だったと思います。値段の割りに非常にコストパフォーマンスが良いと感じました。

Amazing stay at Banyon tree. Could not fault this hotel. All staff so friendly & helpful. Our 1st room was near elevator & we heard a constant thump. Staff were very appologetic & we were moved to a different room the next day which was quiet. Room is huge & incredible. Bed was super comfortable & the warm pool was very relaxing. Large beautiful bathroom with great amenities replaced twice daily. Excellent double shower,smart toilet & cedar tub. Belon was excellent for breakfast & dinner. The only issue was the egg station- some days the eggs were pre-made so not very good. Indoor pool & outdoor pool for Banyan Tree guests only were both great. I highly recommend this hotel.

一歩足を踏み入れると喧噪がなくなるホテル

ギャラクシー・マカオからホテル入口を過ぎると、一瞬で雰囲気が変わります。基本全てのコミュニケーションは英語ではありますが、フロント・ハウスキーパーの方々の気遣いがとても心地よいホテルでした。滞在者向け屋外プールも非常に雰囲気が良く、リラックスできました。朝食は可もなく不可もなくでしたが、サービスには気遣いを感じました。お部屋のシャワールームには二つシャワーが並んでおり、二人同時にシャワーが使えます。また、桶の湯舟も日本人にはありがたかったです。
