From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. They thoughtfully arranged for extra grab rails in the bathroom, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care and attention to accessibility. "The hotel is an excellent value for your money and the rooms, in-house restaurant and other services are of very high quality. The only caveat is that it is located a bit outside the city on a busy highway bypass. Although the rooms themselves were quiet, the area around is very busy and not very walkable or have other eating options etc nearby. Getting taxis at short notice is also a problem. The front desk can, however, arrange transportation if notified in advance."
