"Loved our stay here. Some of the comfiest beds/bedding I found in South Korea. Right in front of Songdo beach. Walking distance to many coffee shops and places to eat. A convenience store right in the lobby. Washers and dryers available. I even had a little hiccup on the day of check out where I left behind an item in the room. Emailed them as soon as I realized my mistake and the staff responded right away and even helped me by packing the item and having it ready for a courier to pickup. Would definitely recommend and happily return if I was back in the area."

"The hotel has superb views. Our room was on the 24th floor with panoramic view of the city, ships in the harbour and skyscrapers. There is a cafe on the 28th floor. The hotel has a gym, sauna and laundry room. It is well located to nearby Lotte Mall, a shopping district, fish market and waterside walking paths. "

"This hotel is in a great location, a short distance from attractions and has a great variety of food places near by. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were a decent size and clean. Our Air conditioner didn’t work the first day we arrived, although the room has a window, it has no fly screen, so bugs could come in and could get quite loud at night. They managed to turn on the air conditioner, when we enquired about it the next day, as the rooms get quite hot without Aircon. Unfortunately, not the best experiences with staff, we didn’t feel very welcome, especially when we enquired about the Air conditioner and they had to come to our room to turn it on, or when we had to wake them up from their nap to answer a question about the room, it definitely left us feeling uncomfortable and awkward. The air conditioner also started leaking. Over all it wasn’t a bad hotel. If you are looking for a short stay in an ideal location and are not bothered with air conditioning, then this is a good fit. "
