Tacoma’s 6th Ave District is the premier place to stay in Tacoma. 6th Avenue has the best restaurants, wine bars, and boutiques -- and all this is only a block away from this Pine Street Rental. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee at a local coffee shop or an enjoyable dinner out, without having to drive – you are just a block away. Also within 2 miles is the Proctor District, Tacoma’s Old Town neighborhood, and Ruston Way, which has two miles of waterfront walkways and piers for fishing, biking/running/rollerblading or enjoying a multitude of restaurants, ranging from casual to fine dining.

This is the perfect vacation rental for visiting a student at one of the local universities. The house is 0.5 miles from Univ. of Puget Sound and 2 miles from UW Tacoma. If you’re in town for a wedding, for work, for a concert, or for vacation – you will love this house.

This 1000 sq foot home has been fully renovated and offers stainless steel appliances, quartz counter-tops and designer paint, and stocked with all the dishes & cookware you will need. The living room boasts a flat screen TV with over 120 HD channels and BlueRay player. Also includes a washer/dryer for your use, and high-speed WiFi. The yard is fully fenced, offering lots of privacy.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms: bedrooms offer 1) Queen, 2) Queen, and 3) a choice between 2 twins or one King bed depending on what you would like.

This is the perfect location for everything Tacoma has to offer! Additional local attractions include Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, Chihuly Glass Museum, LeMay Glass Museum, Tacoma Dome and a 20+ minute drive to Chambers Bay Golf Course, home of the 2015 US Open.

Beautiful property! We had a really great time bonding in this little home, and remembering why we have been friends for the last 25 years. We will definitely be bookinh again! Amazing hosts that are always quick to respond back to messages, that let us checl in WAY early!

We had an excellent experience at Just Off 6th Ave. The location was excellent, within walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. The host, Shannon, was very responsive. The house had lots of extras to make it feel like home away from home. It had a fully stocked kitchen, and also had a nice barbecue and little fire pit which we used to make s’mores with the family. It was clean, too.

Our party of 4 found the house very comfortable for a several day stay. The kitchen was well-appointed, so we were able to cook in. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient.

Just a block off from food and bars

Great house with comfy beds and a shirt half block walk to food and bars. The house is enclosed in a gate which gave it a nice secluded feel

Absolutely beautiful home!! The hosts were incredibly responsive to my obnoxious number of questions, including very last minute ones regarding parking (like, 1/2 mile away panicking last minute). The home is just as pictured, 3 bedrooms, all fantastic. We were only here for 2 days but we'd absolutely stay again. The neighborhood was amazing and as a group of traveling women, we felt safe the entire time we were there. Many places to eat within walking distance (E9 IS SO GOOD!) and a lot of cool shops to see while in the area. Parking was a breeze. Literally no issues whatsoever.

Cozy house

Great little home and neighborhood

The property is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable and the pantry is well stocked. The street is quiet and parking was never an issue. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants and nightlife on 6th Ave. I’ll definitely be back!!

Hidden Gem in Tacoma

If you could plan exactly what you needed for a stay and it all came together this property was it!! Amazing location, very walkable, clean, well maintained and well stocked. Communication with the property manager was great. If you have the chance to book this property you won’t be disappointed.

Nice, quiet place

It's a nice property, the area is very safe, and the location was great for dining and exploring the city, both on foot and easy access to major roadways, everything was as shown in the pictures, and the per-room heating meant everyone was able to sleep comfortably.

Just what we needed

Came to Tacoma for a wedding. Booking a place in a town you’ve never been to can be daunting. This place was steps away from a delicious Pancake house for breakfast and a few more steps to a brewery for dinner.

Amazing stay!

The stay was perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked and in general everything you need for a long weekend was available. Communication with Shannon was great, she was so kind and willing to quickly answer any questions. The house is also in such a great location. We visited for a concert and getting around to restaurants and the tacoma done was great. If I ever need to stay in Tacoma again, I would love to see if this property is available. Again, great stay!!
