The front desk service was efficient, friendly and handled all our needs. The room was kept clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were treated very well by staff who set out the breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a good location for shopping and very close to freeway and transit station should want to take day trips. Thank you to the great staff at this hotel. You made our stay great.

The staff was so nice and helpful. My son and I drove 6hrs from Spokane to Seattle, in a 22 ft Penske truck and we were so tried. They checked us in around 1am and he even walked me to area to park my truck. The rooms were clean, but warm. We sadly missed breakfast. But The 5hrs sleep helped. Morning staff was kind too.

Fairly average but clean hotel. Breakfast ran out quickly and was not replenished for a while. Located in a fairly ghetto area. But that's out of the hotel's control.

Everyone was great! The hotel was clean, friendly staff great prices and the amenities they offered with breakfast i dont think i could have found a better offer. The only thing I will say is getting hooked up to wifi was a pain as it made you go to this link and it took 5 steps plus to get accessed to the wifi then didnt work but not worth docking stars as everything else was perfect.
