"Simple, well-appointed, immaculate, and very friendly. The room I stayed in was totally upgraded with fresh tile, a very comfortable bed, and the little things (hair dryer, reading lamp, towel and coat hooks, etc.) I was traveling solo and spontaneously. It was a perfect place to have as a home-base from which to explore Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer proper, the bird sanctuary nearby, and other little inlets here and there. "Good hotel in general. Not enough transat chairs around the swimming pool cutting grass at the busiest time around the pool is not the best idea. No view on the surrounding areas. Great breakfast. "

"The staff were all SO kind and the property and rooms were gorgeous. I wish we could have extended our trip just to have had more time there! As someone who lives on a horse ranch it felt like the French equivalent of being home. A wonderful stay all around! "

"This property is only for those that understand that this is a 500 year old property with an adjacent horse barn. You are going to have flies and bugs. Be prepared. But it is an amazing experience if you can oversee certain aspects. It is rustic but well taken care of. The owners and staff are helpful and friendly. I loved it!"
