The high quality renovated apartment is on the 2nd Floor of the 6-storey apartment block. Through the main entrance you can take the elevator to the apartment. In the basement you will find the garbage collection room (with garbage chute from each floor) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (with coin operated machines) for shared use. There is a parking space for bicycles in the underground garage. There is no parking space. We recommend the Brandenburg Beach, located at the Syltness Center, for a fee.
