The cozy 2-room apartment with hallway and fitted wardrobes for 1-2 persons (about 40m ²) equipped with linoleum parquet, is located as a final apartment quietly located in the 2nd Floor. A bright living room with a sofa, flat screen TV and dining area is the focal point of this apartment.  Free internet access via wifi. On request in the booking center, we ask you to sign a user agreement, after which you will receive the router key. A kitchen niche open to the living room with 2-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and utensils for daily needs are a matter of course. The bedroom is equipped with 2 separate single beds, bedside table, reading lamp and wardrobe. Sheets and towels are provided for you. A bright, modern bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Guests can relax in the furnished balcony. There is a free car park 11 in the yard behind the house. In the basement you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer (coin operated) for shared use. Due to the following guests smoking is not allowed in this property. Only on the balcony. Pets are not allowed in this property.

These apartments are located in Elisabethstraße. In a central top location not far from the beach is the 5-storey apartment block Dünenburg with lift. There are numbered parking spaces in the yard. In the basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for shared use (Münzeinwurft).
Internet via Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The pedestrian zone with its many beautiful shops and cozy restaurants starts right on the doorstep. The West beach and the sea are within easy walking distance.
