The living area centres around an oversized L-shaped sofa, timber coffee table and occasional chair, offering plenty of room to unwind after a day out. The well-equipped kitchen makes dining at home easy, with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, plus a Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster for morning essentials.

Meals can be enjoyed at the intimate dining nook or around the larger round dining table overlooking the greenery outside. The private garden courtyard brings a leafy escape to the heart of the apartment, with lounge seating and established greenery offering ample space to dine outdoors, catch the sun or linger over wine.

The bedroom features a queen bed with bedside lighting and clothing storage, with direct access to a small Juliet-style balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and overhead shower, with toiletries, towels and a hair dryer supplied for convenience. A private laundry with washing machine, dryer and utility sink makes extended stays easy.

Ceiling fans and portable heaters are available in both the living area and bedroom for year-round comfort. While there’s no on-site parking, Surry Hills cafés, restaurants and shops are easily explored on foot.
