Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"The 1st room had a used syringe with blood what's on the stove. So I asked for a different room. The corner of the dresser had fallen off in this room. There was no pillows. I asked the housekeeper that was in the hallway for pillows and he replied somebody must have taken them off the bed so you have to go downstairs and ask for some. And when I went downstairs to ask for some the guy at the desk who had just slept out of there checking and room said there was three pillows just on the bed....

The furnishing was in very poor condition, the bed linens were stained and worn, and the bathroom was dirty and in very poor repair. I requested they refund all charges. I told the front desk manager [David or Dan] of my concerns and was told to contact Expedia since that's how I made my reservation.
