DOG BREED LIMITATIONS: Even in dog-friendly homes, it’s prohibited to bring any dog with a history or instance of aggressive or reactive tendencies. We welcome any dog which you know to be well-socialized, trained, and friendly in any situation involving others, both human and canine, as there may be nearby dogs at neighboring properties. However, due to restrictions in place by homeowner insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog.

Dock slip may be available to rent for an additional fee of $50/day; first come, first serve. Further details will be sent after booking. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Crooked Oak Lodge and all its private amenities throughout their stay. **Travel Insurance must be purchased at least 14 days after booking the reservation through a third party company . Proof of policy required and we will reimburse you back the cost of policy up to 10% of the rental fee when rental is completed.
