Lovely location and a lot of lovely walks nearby. Owners really friendly and rooms arent The Ritz but they dont claim to be.
Way out from the city and bustle I thought a little peace and quiet. Lovely setting and relaxed. WiFi dodgy although this was put in welcome book. Bed was not the most comfortable but got some sleep. Dogs were a little noisy but on The whole a nice place to stay.

Disaster
Stayed one night then could not take anymore.....this place is also a dog kennels and dogs bark all night long, even ear plugs could not drown out the noise..no Wifi as 'a wire had been cut'...must be a big job as reviews from over a month ago say the same....central heating not working in the morning, front door to lodges never locked so limited security, car park is the strip of grass next to the main road.....overall a huge let down.
Awful stay for two nights.
No phone signal, no WiFi.
Checked sheets at beginning of stay... Hairs in bed and corner of bed sheet was ripped. Room was over perfumed from plug in when I arrived so quickly switched that off.
Full English breakfast was cooked but reheated in the microwave.... You can hear the microwave in the kitchen.
Huge spider on second night. Took someone an hour to help with no luck of finding it so that was a great night's sleep.
Limited car parking.
No heating on, only had an electric heater to warm up room.
Location was the only thing I liked about the place.
The location was great and the potential was there, sadly the room smelled like ammonia (like cat urine) the shower wouldn't drain, the floor ruined a pair of my socks with grime and I'm pretty sure I saw a flea. The place is a dog kennels and riding Stables as well so maybe the lady is over stretched in terms of what she can do all in one day.
A lovely warm welcome by the owners for our one night stay. Super location for the caves and waterfalls. It’s a working stables offering tourist the chance to ride, meet the animals and experience a taste of country life. Previous negative comments are unjust. The clues in the name of the establishment. We look forward to a return visit next year to see all the new additions
Kirsty is such a friendly host and tries really hard to make you feel welcome. The B and B is very clean and safe in a beautiful area. Breakfast is good and plentiful. There are two pubs nearby serving very good food. We had a fabulous time and will return.
Rooms were clean and well proportioned. Upper floor rooms are in the attic so headroom is limited. Great location. Downsides were creaky doors and floors. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
Had a lovely time. Lovely people cooked breakfast was fab. Met some nice people. Went riding and it was fab. Would recommend it to make it a must as the view is so breath taking..

we stayed here for a wedding but glad we only stayed the one night. the proprietors were very friendly. However there was a strong smell of burning oil outside our room which wasn't pleasant and our room was in the loft which was ok for me at 5ft but my hubby was 6ft 2 and had a job to stand up and got stuck in the bathroom. I wouldn't want to stay there again to be honest,
From the moment I arrived kirsty and her staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless. Kirsty's dad does the breakfast and was very pleasant, coffee and toast on the table in minutes. All in all would definitely stay here again. Beautiful part of Wales
Family run business,You could not ask for nicer family to stay with .With a local knowledge to help with whatever you need the room we stayed was clean and cosey, although we was in a car,a bus stopped right out side, with amazing walks straight from the door, wonderful place to stay, Joe and Marie see you in the summer
