"When we arrived at the Holiday Inn Resort, we were very excited to stay at such a beautiful facility. When we received our room number we were disappointed to learn we were not staying in the resort building itself but in separate annex building. We booked well in advance, but didn’t realize that our room would not be part of the main building. It turned out ok, our room was nice, we just were a little taken back by the lack of communication through the Expedia app. Just a heads up, if you want to ensure you have a patio, balcony, or want to be in the actual resort building, make sure look at every room option and then make a choice"
