"The room was already nice and cold when we arrived on a very hot summer day. The staff were incredibly attentive and pleasant. We also enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast. The price is right and location is pretty convenient. I saw other reviews complaining about the wild chickens that roam around but we thought they were awesome and fun to watch. I needed a crib for my 3month old, which the hotel was able to provide. However, they did not have a mattress pad for the crib, which was frustrating because it was just a hard piece of wood as the base. "This is a very easy reasonably priced place to stay. It is clean and where we were, it was quiet. We were in Yuba City to help my elderly parents for 3 nights and were thrilled with the ease and comfort. The beds are clean and comfortable. While there some minor signs of wear in spots, there are some updated extras like reading lights and easy to use air conditioner/heater - important in Yuba!
