"This place is awesome!Plenty of room and beds to have a large family or a couple smaller families come together for a trip to the beach We booked last minute for a fishing trip and will 100% be back Super clean/nice inside and has a pool great spot to stay while beach lounging or fishing"

"We are so pleased with our stay. Our host was communicated well with us as we had several questions about our dogs. We had a wonderful time. We had good access to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The dogs were comfortable as well and having the fenced in area was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"View & deck with hot tub were great! Rooms were very comfortable—great beds & bed pillows—everybody commented. Kitchen was great & well supplied. Fishing was close & pier was great! I brought our own towels & washcloths & was very glad I did. I also brought muddy mat rugs as they kept most of the sand out. I’d highly recommend some matching runner rugs for the bedrooms as I kept slipping on the floor getting in bed. I bought their runners at home as the color & size selection is great & they don’t slip.Entry stairs were very daunting, very steep with no landing. Bathroom fixtures are old, out of date & hard water/calcium stained. Bathtub is old w/cheap surround & rattling shower doors & no way to use the hand shower sprayer. Toilet water is yellow no matter how many times you flushed. The owners’ manual provided said not to call because it would take a few minutes for fridge to cool down. 24 hrs later my milk turned too sour to use. It finally got cool-2 days later. Fridge icemaker is there but does NOT work. We went out for ice bags & shared w/our bait.Overall we had a great time at our family & friends reunion! We loved the house but not the stairs as we are in our 70s & they should either add an elevator or re-do the stairs so they aren’t so steep for seniors. My kids want to come back. My knees say I’ll pass."

"3rd year in a row to use this property. Easy check-in/check-out, right on the beach, perfect location for my wife and me. It’s starting to see some wear and tear on the deck and flooring which is expected but nothing that prevents us from enjoying our vacation.The matress could use rotating or replacement. Very squeaky and loud when entering/exiting/shifting around in bed. Pillows also very flat.Regardless, the stay was peaceful and relaxing for us!!!"

"Clean , comfortable, inexpensive and no frills. It is not a 5 star but it has everything you need for a beach vacation. On the beach is the best feature. The bed is comfortable and the AC works very well. The only negative is that the water stinks. I will assume it is a Surfside water issue. Other than the odor, showering leaves one clean and refreshed. I would stay here again."
