- Parking Pass must be Displayed at all times (vehicle subject to towing without pass)
- Small (under 30 pounds) dogs may be considered with individual approval and $200+ pet fee (added to reservation after approval). Please contact for approval before reserving as we need to know the breed, age and weight of your dog. Pets are prohibited unless specifically approved in advance. Dogs are not permitted on the beach between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm during the period of May 1st to Labor Day.
- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.

You will arrive to find beds made, towels in place, bathroom tissue and a basket of household supplies on hand.

Surfside Beach is the perfect location for a family vacation or getaway with friends! Regardless of the reason, the Surfside area is far enough from the traffic and crowds, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks south from this property. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17. Murrells Inlet is also just a short drive to the south and features the world famous Marsh Walk, with incredible dining and shopping and exciting water activities such as fishing, boating and the ever popular dolphin cruises!

Great beach

The beach is the draw here. Situated halfway between Myrtle and Murrells. Nice decor. Great response on a holiday weekend by management. Right near the Holiday inn in Surfside. A little small for 6 but we had 4 and it was comfy. Would return.

Great property and management

The property is beautiful and well maintained. As advertised, the unit has been totally remodeled with high quality materials and nice appliances that work great I reported three (3) minor problems during our stay and all were addressed immediately including management personally delivering a new Keurig unit on the same day! I highly recommend this unit and the support that comes with it.

Our first time in the Myrtle Beach area and very pleased. The condo was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The Beach views are great. The surrounding area has loads of restaurants, shopping and other entertainment venues that we just didnā€™t have enough time to explore. We will definitely be back. This is, probably the best, unit I have ever stayed in and there have been many. It is modern, has everything you need and SUPER CLEAN. The appliances are amazing! The view is perfect. Even if its cool outside, you can still feel like you are sitting on the beach ā›±ļø. I would give it 5 stars ?

Just...wow!

Loved the property. The view was amazing. The unit was spotless and comfortable. The beds were among some of the most comfortable we have experienced in all of our travels. The complex was quiet and the other guests very friendly. If I could change anything, it would be to allow guest mode on the Roku and the fact that there is zero privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom. Not all couples are THAT close lol. Even so, it worked out and our time there was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful sunrise view!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was 3 short flights up to our unit on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. I used the Keurig and my husband cooked several meals. The master suite has a direct view of the sunrise and very nice to wake up to the sound of waves. My suggestions for improvement would be to add more rugs, especially at front door and in bedrooms because of the sand that is inevitable. Also a big clock by dining table would be nice. Highly recommend though if you want a condo right on the ocean with a pool.
