The front deck has amazing views of the Holden Beach bridge. This spacious home offers four bedrooms. The lower-level oceanfront bedroom 1 is a master suite with a private bath. The upper level includes a sitting area with oceanfront views. Bedroom 2, a Queen bedroom with private bath. Bedroom 3 a Queen bedroom with a Jack & Jill Bath connected to bedroom 4 which is a double bed and bunk bed room. Upstairs also has an office closet perfect for our guests who work from home. Go play in the ocean with a short walk to the beach then come back to cool off in your own private pool with plenty of seating. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor Hot/Cold shower. Then settle in for family game night! Walk to concerts, festivals, town park, ice cream shops, candy stores, and restaurants. The town park includes a splash pad, playground and covered pavilion.
