The house itself is nice and decorated cute. These are the following things that weren't as nice. The worst thing that isn't explained on VRBO is that unless you have a very small car, you can't drive down to the driveway. There is truck parked behind the bar all the time that prevents there being enough room to get down there, so be prepared to have to carry all your luggage, food, etc...down a huge incline and then stairs on the property when you arrive and back up when you depart. No bathroom hand towels (had to purchase our own), No bathroom rugs (had to purchase our own), Needed add'l TP/Papertowels, Gutter over door from house to gazebo leaked when it was raining/needs to be cleaned, cushions on the gazebo furniture are completely worn out, no shower caddy in the showers or shelf to put any shower products, main oven was filthy, bathroom mirrors were filthy, a great deal of leftover food was left in the fridge, which didn't work when we arrived, master bath toilet room fan needs to be fixed. Overall, this could be a GREAT property to rent but just feels like things have been done cheaply. It's advertised as an "executive" rental, but I'm an executive and it isn't at the standard for that.

Good stay, could use some improvements

Positives- The house interior is beautiful with a stunning view of the lake and accurately described. We had an unbeatable viewing location for 4th of July fireworks. The restaurant next door is very convenient and a fun atmosphere. Negatives- There are minimal bath towels and essentially no hand/kitchen towels requiring our group of 10 to do multiple loads of laundry per day. The game room could use some serious improvements as the majority of the games are broken/don’t work and it was also filthy. Likewise, the outdoor seating areas have potential but need updated furniture and a good cleaning.

Lake life is the best!

Beautiful home that accommodates children, adults, and seniors. Lots of spaces that allowed us to play games, shoot pool, relax on the patio and fish from the dock.This home is right on the water with a gorgeous view!

Ozarks Perfection

Beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice. The garage gameroom was a pleasant surprise, and the sauna was the cherry on top. The driveway is a nightmare, but negotiable for the fearless driver. All of the employees next door at Paradise are awesome people and practically family. Enjoy your stay. This property will not let you down. Just be sure to bring an extra fly swatter.

Bachelor Paradise

Overall, this property is great for a Bachelor setting. However, the sauna was not working and the Golden Tee in the garage is hooked up such that all of the buttons are backwards. However, the restaurant next door is awesome and the dock/location are idea!

Weekend away

Great house. Beautifully decorated. Located literally right next door to Paradise. So we literally ate and went there daily. Host was pretty communicative when needed and accommodating. Tv in the downstairs living room didnt work, but we were out most the time. Beautiful lake view

Great space inside

We loved the house and our stay there. The main rooms are very spacious! The owner is not great at communicating in a timely manner. The driveway is very steep! If you have a large vehicle it may be sketchy to pull all the way up to the door. It was nice to be right next door to the restaurant but we had personal items stolen off the dock in the middle of the night from bar goers.

2nd Stay

We have rented this house twice and already booked a 3rd. It’s perfect for our family. House is so clean- spacious & we love the location, dock for our boat, floating & fishing.

Great stay

The house is way better than the pictures. It’s stunning. The kids absolutely loved it. We were able to kayak and fish and play all day outside by the pier. We cooked and the kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was very easy to get a hold off. We are very happy with our stay.

Perfect lake house for a big group

Very nice large house located in the middle of everything at the lake. Being next to a restaurant worried me a bit but it was no problem. The driveway to the house is very steep and a sharp turn...probably best for a SUV but there was parking above and plenty of extra parking at the restaurant (pretty sure the owners of the house and restaurant were the same people). Highly recommend the house and the location.

Just okay but wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed over New Years : The biggest issue was the lack of response/communication with the host. We spotted issues within the first few hours of being there and I sent over (4) messages through Vrbo in the first few days .We never heard from the host the entire time at their property. The game room issues : What is pictured is 3 video arcade like games. The only game that we could play was the golden Tee game. There was no darts tips for the dart game. The NBA game never worked. The TV in the game room can turn on but that is all. You can’t watch cable or any stations for that matter just a blank blue screen. The idea was to set up the PlayStation we brought but we couldn’t set it up bc the HDMI ports weren’t working. The whole point of why we picked the house was for the game room so our teenagers had a place to hang out and play at the arcade. Also note that the game room is in the garage if it was colder it the kids wouldn’t have been able to be in there at all. The fan in the room is always on bc it’s connected to the light above the pull table. The next biggest issue was no WI-FI! It was stated there was WiFi but that’s not accurate at all. Luckily we had some hotspots with us . All the tvs in general were issues . There is no remote for the main tv . So it wasn’t a smart Tv nor did it have HD capability. We had to set up the tvs and that’s not something I feel we should have to set up. Opening up the drawers in the kitchen we found left over chilis just randomly in the drawer . Which tells me this place isn’t checked very closely after stays. Trash - the very small instructions list stated to put your trash in a ford ranger truck . There was no ford truck. This location would have been impossible to get to if the weather was at all bad. We have a big vehicle but not an AWD we had a very hard time getting back up the hill. Which we ended up leaving the car up top. But if it was icy we wouldn’t have been able to get into the house at all with the location of this house. Overall we all agreed for the price and the lack of any communication we wouldn’t stay there again. It was extremely frustrating to not have any communication when we started to see issues . We go to the lake every new years and decided to splurge and was disappointed. The only saving grace was the view in the main room . It was very beautiful and it was what the pictures showed for the view.
