"Check-in was fast and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival, clean and acceptable. Location was perfect, was visiting family that attends Central Michigan University, hotel was located right on campus, I was literally five minutes from everything. "

"Room was freshly updated and very clean. We were sad no coffee maker in room, but then found out they have 24/7 coffee in the lobby. All carb based options for breakfast plus apples, no real protein. Would be nice to have some hard boiled eggs. But the biscuits and gravy were yummy! The pool and hot tub area looked nice & clean, the water felt warm and nice (we didn’t technically use, just checked out the area). Staff were all very friendly at check-in and check-out. Hotel was quiet at night which was great considering they were sold out. Room and bed were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great experience! "
