"Toilet ran off and on. Window didn’t lock and storm door latch was broken. Enjoyed the old style room with very comfy bed. Nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved this property! This place has so much character. The decor is fun and unique, making the entire stay feel special. It was clean, comfortable, and full of personality. Extremely spacious as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a memorable place to stay."

"I can't say enough nice things about Ruth's place. The host thought of everything. I can't imagine needing anything to cook in that beautiful kitchen that she did not already supply. You have the feeling of being secluded yet you're only minutes from downtown Burnsville, close to a grocery store, easy access, yet the wonderful feeling of being secluded during your stay. Ruth's place was spotless. It is the most immaculately clean VRBO I have ever stayed at. Check-In was very simple. Host was very responsive. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this place. I highly,highly recommend Ruth's place."

"Very comfortable accommodations plus it’s pet friendly! Location is great within walking distance of the main square in downtown Burnsville. Host communication was practically instant. Had a lovely welcome basket waiting for us. Will most definitely rent again when in the area."

"The house was spacious, very clean and very well stocked. The views were amazing! It’s a great house to park your group read, explore the property, cook, play games and hang out.There were a few issues, some were immediately resolved and others could not be during our stay. The owner was extremely accommodating as he could be and the management company responded swiftly to our questions. The house was not nearly as light and airy as the images show. The chairs could all use new cushions. Our greatest issue was the drive up the hill to get to the house. You won’t be able to get up to it without 4 wheel drive (which the description states) and the road is narrow and winding. Just be aware - the comments are 100% correct and yes, there are some hairpin turns. FYI- It is also not walkable to town."
