"The property is situated within walking distance of the new tram line station (P17) at [Hirabayashi], five minutes to or from the hotel. There is an elevator from street level into the station which is convenient for travelers with luggage. The rooms are very ample, with free room accessories found in the Lobby on the 2F. The Front Desk Reception is also on the 2F, above the parking garage 1F. The nearest Onsen is Spa Suminoe just down the street, another five minute walk away (¥ 880) per person...

"Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location required taking Uber or trains to get out to most restaurants and shops. They advertise pools but not only are they not included with your room you have to pay and also choose a specified amount amount of time to use it."

"We picked this hotel as it was close to the event we were attending. It was a hassle getting in and out of the centre to the hotel. Normally a 40 min journey and 2 trains. "

"The breakfast time could be extended further from 0700hrs to 1100hrs as this is the standard timing for other hotels internationally for breakfast. Currently, the breakfast timing is limited to 2 hours from 0700hrs to 0900hrs."
