"We are very satisfied with our 5 nights stay. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast quality is wonderful. The Housekeeping is par excellent. This is our 2nd stay at NH San Sebastián so it’s indicative that we like the hotel."

"Everything was great, except for the slope in the shower was almost non existent and the water got everywhere in the bathroom. We did not reserve an ADA room, but that is what we got. Totally recommend this place except for the ADA room."
