THE SHACK is not your average shack! Modern 4 bedroom holiday home, accommodates up to 11 guests, absolute beachfront with beautiful views of the bay. Free WiFi!

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and electric induction stove top, fridge/freezer, air-fryer, dining with access to deck and outdoor setting. Living area with T/V, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Views from dining, living and 2 front bedrooms.

Main bedroom with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan and ensuite, second bathroom with vanity, shower, separate w/c. 2nd front bedroom with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner and ceiling fan.

Laundry with front loading washing machine.

Ziggy BBQ, fish cleaning facility - not plumbed.

2 kayaks for use - BYO life jackets. (Please note - The Shack has the blue roof in the aerial pictures)

PLEASE NOTE: Boats are not to be washed at the property – you can wash your boat at the caravan park for a minimal cost.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top, bed 4 - 2 bunks.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Sultana Point which is located just around the corner from Edithburgh. It's a small quiet beachside settlement with all of Edithburgh's amenities a stones throw away.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

**OFF PEAK SPECIAL** excludes long weekends and school holidays
15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$350 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$290 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$250 per night

The best shack we have ever been.

The best place to be if you are in sultana point! The house is very clean and tidy and the best part is just next to the beach. The kids really enjoyed frollicking on the beach. We just loved it!!!

Brilliant Place

New, clean and has all the amenities you will need. Great place for fishing and relaxing with the family. Superb view from the kitchen and dining area to wake up to. Plenty of seating in the lounge room and well designed bathrooms for family stays.

A perfect retreat at Sultana Point

A peaceful and beautiful spot, with wonderful folding doors opening onto a patio, with the sea just outside. Very well set up and maintained. We'd love to go back again. Our only negatives would be that attention should be given to loose pavers at the door, and - for older visitors, rails in the bathrooms would be a good safety addition.

Great stay

Perfect layout for a family going away with grandparents. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downfall was that the beach out the front wasn’t very swimable (lots of seaweed and very shallow due to tides) but our toddler had fun in the shallows. We found a beautiful white sandy beach down the road - around the point. Wish we knew about it earlier!! Overall great location and would go back again. Loved the kayaks too!!

Lovely Spot!

House is spacious, with all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. Beds were comfy. Very clean and the house has a lovely view over the water! Really good for a group of people. We would stay again.

Love place for family

All I can say is, it is a perfect holiday place. What could you ask when the beach in next to your door. Place is clean and spacious. The only one thing I would like to see is all the manuals/instructions in a folder. The instruction was there but we needed to look for it. eg- keys @ Fridge, BBQ etc

Beautiful

Beautiful location. Right on the beach makes it very easy to manage children - no roads to cross. Beach is very shallow so, again, great to help manage very young kids. Very clean and spacious. We will definitely book here again 🙂

Beach front and relaxing.

This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location. This may have been the first time we stayed here, it certainly won't be the last!

The shack

We had a beautiful holiday in the shack. Nice house with Visits from stingrays and pelicans right out the back door, to yummy squid an fish from the jetty not far away, a nice meal at the Edithburg pup, what else can you ask for ✔️✔️✔️ from us. Would definitely go back,
